However, I decided to go with a larger company, simply because I feel more secure with the (perceived) stability of a more established business, especially since I am not handy and would definitely need help if anything goes wrong in the years to come. I would definitely recommend friends contact Pane and see the presentation. I talked myself in and out of having them do the work a number of times. Note my 4 star rating is entered because the rating was required to process the comments."

I said OK. He came but did not bring a large enough piece of OSB to enclose my window opening. He pieced it together nicely though. The brickwork was well done. He cleaned up. The receipt he gave was his name, address and phone number with a vague description of the work, a little unprofessional to me."
