At our first meeting, he gave me a comprehensive overview of what needed to be done to repair/maintain my neglected (by previous owner) ten-year-old flagstone patio. He answered all my questions and it was clear from the get-go that he knew his stuff. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in performing the work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The project involved removing/repairing some crumbling masonry, re-pointing several areas, expansion joints (perfectly matching the existing work), power-washing and sealing. Part 2 was acid washing and power washing and resealing a separate red tile porch with tinted sealer, which completely erased all the white hard water stains (due to potted plants) from years past. The day they cam out to bid they didn?t find it complicated at all to do my project our land isn?t that even and previous contractors were all saying I needed more dirt and recommended I expand. What did that tell me? They wanted more money. Freddy had the idea of just adding some steps to the side. That way I could have easier access to the back door of my shop!
