"I have a friend that is just now going through the process of finding out just what needs to be done and collecting bids. Since we had used Accurate I just thought I would check out to see if they were still in business since we had our work done in 2006 when we had 38 piers installed. "Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip. Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research. Highly recommend."
