Ryan Wellborn was very thorough, answered all my questions and made sure we understood the services performed as well as reminding us that we can call for services between our regular visits if we have any issues. He did a great job checking for our specific issues as well as general pest control services.

We have used Bulwark for over 15 years previously in Katy and now again at Lake Conroe. They have been able to get our homes and keep our homes under control with their applications and they also deweb our home which helps not only them with the spiders but saves alot of work for us! Gregory Sallee was very punctual to the job (he actually texted/called to see if it was okay to come early). He spent the time needed at our house to deweb and spray. Very courteous and polite. Explained what our home needed done and what he services he was applying to the house. Helped with getting us a follow-up visit scheduled to get the spiders under control after a recent move in.

I told him what my concerns were and he addressed all of them. He’s very courteous and was respectful of my property. He ensured my gate was closed and locked so my dogs wouldn’t get out. He also took the time to let me know the job was completed and gave me a list of treatments he did today. I’m a returning customer after 2 years and Bulwark was the first and only company I considered. I highly recommend them! Thank you Ryan.

Yes, my pro William Trey Thomas listened carefully to my requests for spraying all around my house. I asked that he avoid spraying on the milkweed (in the flowerbeds around my house) which is crucial to the development of Monarch butterflies and caterpillars. He and his assistant did a great job, and also found and took care of a wasp nest on the house. Trey was very professional and also assured me that they would come back if I found additional pests.
