Tracy, the owner operator, is a very honest, knowledgeable, and experienced professional. He approached his work with an attention to detail that is rare in our present work force. He wants to not just complete your current job, but win your trust for any future jobs you may have. I called him to what I thought was a raccoon in my attic. It turned out there was no raccoon but rats. Upon his initial inspection, he also found rat droppings and mold in my insulation and rafters. He laid traps for the rats, removed the droppings, and sprayed for the mold. I also had two holes in my soffit that the critters had made to gain entry to my attic. He patched them up and put metal backer so they couldn’t re-enter in the future. For the next week he would return every other day to check the traps until the rats were gone. He said and supported it in writing that his work was guaranteed for a year if I had any new infestations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone for their extermination problems.

Tracy offers prompt professional and effective service. Ge called me first thing Saturday morning after I had submitted a request for help at 3:30am in the morning after hearing critters in my attic. He showed up at 8:30 that same morning, diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and then gave us the itemized plan in writing. He was back out at our house on Monday. He sealed the house with nice hardware (no foam), set traps and came by today to eradicate the Norway rats that were living it up in our attic. He will be out in three more days to check on things. He has been professional, timely, and dependable. We would hire Tracy again in a heartbeat!
