"I have concrete tiles on my roof, and a few were broken by the hail storm last summer. I had tried since then to get a roofer to fix the broken tiles, and some rotted wood. Each one I contacted wanted 2 things: 1. hat did my insurance appraiser say? and 2. They asked if I had any of the tile on my roof as they didn't know what kind it was. or if they could find it. Finally, I came across Carlos on Homeadvisor. He responded immediately and came to look at my roof, the same day in fact.
