Before starting he carefully protected my hardwood floors, covered the furniture with plastic, and sealed my clothes closet door to protect them from damage and dust. He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. "I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was also pleased that they sealed off some areas to avoid dust from spreading to other rooms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him for any future projects."

The tools they used to measure my house, the drawing of floorplan they made on the fly while doing measurement, and the initial quotation right after the measurement in my presence, and so on, showed that these guys have done the same thing so often that they have got it down to science. Seriously, I doubt I can do the same floorplan drawing in my HGTV home planner software with the same quality within this short time. Secondly, the neighbors reference. No matter what people say, references that I can see with my own eyes from people I'm familiar with always beats strangers reviews on the web. Lastly, price is important but not the only factor. The other vendor's bamboo price is quite high, and I really don't want to go anything not bamboo. They are able to work out a deal with my kitchen project so my overall bill is still decent. I understand you have good review on homeadvisor site. However, there is this nasty review on yelp.com. I can't verify what's said there, but you need to take a look and probably counter-review there somehow. I don't take those loner reviews (that is, only one review) very seriously. Any business can have a bad encounter. It's not possible for 3rd party to figure out the scoops. However reviews like this can still sway potential customers in someway, if left unchallenged. ================================================== While the project was on going, I noticed color variation. I sent pictures to Glades. She complained to Calibamboo the manufacturer, and had them ship replacements to me, and had her crew replace the newly installed one. We went through 2 or 3 cycles of this. After the whole thing is done (including the above mentioned kitchen counter top replacement), I went to TexBest and paid Glades the remaining balance. I'm satisfied with workmanship and Glades's excellent customer care. Now it's been almost 3 years after the bamboo floor installation. Although I stick to my original complain about the color inconsistency - that 's manufacturer CaliBamboo's problem, the other good qualities of the bamboo floor still stand. And I recommend TexBest to other home owners."

"We just needed to have a small laundry room retiled because the tile had become cracked after just 4 years in a new build. I emailed them and told them what I was looking for. They sent me samples over email and I picked the tile and grout color. They sent me an estimate, I paid my deposit online, set up install appt. They showed up on time, completed in 1 day, paid my remainder online, and they did a much better job then our builder had done. Exactly what we had wanted. Hard to find someone that will take on a small job, but they gladly did. I had to pay a minimum $ amount for the installation, but so well worth it."
