They were prompt and did a very good job sooner then October 5 book date. i would highly use them again

These guys were terrific! I had previously hired a man who obviously did not know what he was doing, just made a mess and wasted my time and money but, I called Tile & Grout Solutions and told them I needed help ASAP and they responded right away. Within 5 days they had torn out the mess the previous contractor had made in a week's time and installed a beautiful shower, just what I wanted! And WORK? My goodness those boys work, and fast!

Awesome quality of work. Joseph truly cares about his work and the outcome. He was very communicative throughout and always did what he said he would and when he promised he’d do it. I would highly recommend. I left a more detailed review on Google if you want more info about how great of a job he did.

Haven't scheduled them yet. Tile and Grout Solutions was the only company to respond other than with an identical paragraph telling me it's so much a sq ft (leaving me to figure it out) and that they don't move china cabinets or electronics. Joseph Maxwell scheduled a visit, gave me a quote, and best of all, did a demonstration of how my floor will look after cleaning. My tile has been down about 10 years and needs cleaning badly after a bunch of cats and dogs. I was very impressed with his demonstration showing how great my floor will look. I will be scheduling them shortly.

I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was also pleased that they sealed off some areas to avoid dust from spreading to other rooms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him for any future projects.

Joe and Kiki went above and beyond to help us... even helping us track down the right tile. They were thoughtful and committed to quality work. I highly recommend them.

The polishing went very well! Trey and his helper worked great together to do polish testing and then when the polishing was through, put a grout paint in place that really spiffed up the whole area. Trey was prompt, polite and knew his craft. He left us with some cleaner and touchup grout paint. We would definitely use his services again.

Joe and team were great! I really appreciate how Joe helped us to explore options for replacing broken tile before deciding to replace the whole floor. Initially, Joe even tried to help us source the same tile as the existing floor so that we could try to repair rather than replace it all. Eventually, we decided to replace the whole floor as the old tile was no longer in production and there was evidence that the rest of the floor was not properly installed by whomever had done it before we moved in. This illustrated to me that he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need until we were sure we needed it. I appreciate that Joe and team did a fantastic job! We are really happy with how the floor came out. Overall, it wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but we felt we could trust Joe & team to do the job well without cutting corners. This was the case and we're very happy with our new kitchen floor!

Came out to measure and provide an estimate to tile our home. Never gave us a quote, did not have the professionalism to return our calls.

The day the tile wall in my master bathroom collapsed when I leaned on it turned out to be my lucky day—it led me to Joe Maxwell and Tile & Grout Solutions, Inc. Joe and his installer Kiki (a tile genius!) built a beautiful walk-in shower where the tub used to be. That shower became what was until recently the best-built part of the house—now it is joined by the gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout our downstairs and on our stairs! Joe was a delight to work with from the very start. His estimates were thorough, and he explained every step in the installation process, including the timing and the materials needed. Joe, Kiki, and their assistant tiler Leo were meticulous in their work, and they adapted adroitly to the unexpected—such as when they pulled up some old tile and found a hole through the slab with a water pipe running through it! The only reason there wasn’t a fountain in my entryway that day is because of Joe’s and Kiki’s ears: before pulling up the old tile, Joe happened to drop something on the tile covering the hole. When the thing hit the tile, it went “plink” instead of “thunk.” Joe and Kiki looked at each other in alarm—“plink” indicated a hollow spot under the tile where it should be solid. So, instead of using a jackhammer to pull up the tile, they gently used a hammer and scraper. Fortunately, that hole was the only surprise, and the rest of the job went smoothly. Every evening, my husband and I come home and remark on how beautiful our floors are—we are thrilled! We hope Joe and Kiki can put up with us when it comes time to tile our upstairs! WONDERFULLY. Just as the name implies, Joe Maxwell came up with a terrific solution, and he was able to re-secure the tiles. Without his solution, we could have been looking at thousands of dollars to replace the tile floor. Joe did an excellent job, was very responsive when I originally called, was very punctual on every service call, very nice and friendly, and did such a great job. Just can't say enough good words about Joe and the service he performed for us. Highly recommend Joe and his company.

Joe was amazingly responsive. He answered the phone when I called, came to provide an estimate within a week of my contacting him, provided his written estimate when he said he would, and came to do the work on schedule. He was very professional and offered solutions to all of our tile problems.

Fabulously! Mr. Maxwell has many happy customers, including us. Mr. Maxwell is enthusiastic and a pleasure to talk with. He is understandably proud of his and his employees' craftsmanship and attention to detail. He uses professional grade products, including custom matched sanded grout (never have to reapply that silicone caulk in the bathrooms again) and 20 year sealant. I didn't know such grout existed, I was reapplying silicone in the showers every year myself, not a fun task. The newly tiled shower and walls look wonderful and are such an improvement over the preexisting tilework.

They did a bad and incomplete job on the very small bathroom repair for $420 (replaced 2 small tiles, cleaned grout, though he had said he'd replace the bad grout, not just clean it, and did a little caulking) and refused to return my deposit for a job they couldn't do. Joe Maxwell, the owner, said he was "sure" he'd seen tile that was close enough to the family room color to replace the broken ones, so I gave him a $650 deposit. When it turned out that there were no tiles that were even close to the correct color and we were looking at a full room replacement, I told him I needed to get bids, but would get back to him within 2 days. The next day I told him the second bid had come in a full $2000 less, so we couldn't use him. He refused to refund my $230 deposit for the replacement of the 3 tiles in the family room because he said I "should have told him sooner" that I was only repairing the bathroom tiles (remember, he had told me he was sure he had seen a similar color recently, while every other tile professional I've spoken with says it hasn't been available in 10 years), and he has refused to give me an itemized receipt for the $420 replacement of 2 small bathroom tiles and, apparently, just cleaning (instead of replacing/repairing) the grout. Don't use this guy.

We are so glad we decided on Tile & Grout Solutions to lay our tile. Joe, KiKi, and Johnnie did a great job leveling our tile on a very unlevel floor. They were here everyday until the job was complete. Hope to use them again on a future bathroom remodel.
