"The use of subcontractors instead of their own employees is a problem. In my situation, only 1 subcontract employee performed the work. The quality was good but there should have been at least 2 workers assigned. As a result, the job took two full days to complete (till 8:30 pm each day)."

"Work was very good. I requested smooth transitions from tile to the new bamboo hardwood floor and they did a great job matching it all up. The three 5gallon buckets of glue cost was not included in the quote and I had to go pickup the glue myself. Good thing I had a truck as these 5 gallon buckets weigh around 75lbs each."
