"I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was also pleased that they sealed off some areas to avoid dust from spreading to other rooms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him for any future projects."

"We replaced all of the flooring in our 2000 sq ft house with luxury vinyl plank. We needed to demo out the existing tile and laminate and have the new flooring installed. We got 3 bids. Kris was professional, very responsive and easy to communicate with. His bid was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule in our time frame so we went with Footprints Floors. Kris remained easy to communicate with and we appreciated his quick response time. Unfortunately his team was having problems the week of our project and he had to cut some of his workers. It slowed down the progress and took longer than expected. The guys that worked on the project were there every day but there were only 2 of them and they spoke no English so communicating with them directly was challenging. They were hard workers and did a fine job but it was a really big project for such a small crew and we were out of our house much longer than expected. There were a few small issues during the installation but nothing major and the end result turned out nice. Kris tried to stay on top of things and his crew chief came by regularly to check on the progress and communicate with the workers. Overall I would recommend Kris and Footprints Floors."

"Work was very good. I requested smooth transitions from tile to the new bamboo hardwood floor and they did a great job matching it all up. The three 5gallon buckets of glue cost was not included in the quote and I had to go pickup the glue myself. Good thing I had a truck as these 5 gallon buckets weigh around 75lbs each."

The crew sent out to do the tile work for my hall bathroom was exceptional. They first put brown paper on the floor where they were going to be walking in and out. As they brought in materials and did the work they were very careful not to hit any walls or furniture or doors. The tile work on the tub surround was beautiful and I could not be more pleased. Clean up was thorough, and Kris came to check the job after it was finished to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company."
