The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. They sent me samples over email and I picked the tile and grout color. They sent me an estimate, I paid my deposit online, set up install appt. They showed up on time, completed in 1 day, paid my remainder online, and they did a much better job then our builder had done. Exactly what we had wanted. Hard to find someone that will take on a small job, but they gladly did. I had to pay a minimum $ amount for the installation, but so well worth it."
