The hardwood flooring and the porcelain tiles look absolutely spectacular. Finding reliable and knowledgeable contractors to work on our homes is becoming such a challenge these days. I actually ended up hiring them to do several backsplashes and new floor tiles in a couple more bathrooms while they were here. I would highly recommend Zavala Flooring if you are looking for fair and reasonable pricing for your flooring projects but also skilled and experienced contractors."

I plan to use them in a new home we are building. I needed help cleaning the grout off the back and sides of the tiles and cleaning, and re-sealing the top of these cement tiles. Reuben pays great attention to detail and does what he says he will do. He stayed in close contact via text and photos to make sure I was comfortable that the process was going smoothly. "The installers were very professional and courteous. My girlfriend and I both work from home, and the installers were very good at keeping the noise level low so that we were not interrupted. The only issue that I found with the installation was that a few of the tiles creeped a bit higher at one end causing a slight slant. It would not have even been noticeable if it wasn't for the fact that the area was butting up against an existing hardwood floor that required a transition. The manufactured transition did not fit properly because of it. However, they modified the transition and made it work.
