I actually ended up hiring them to do several backsplashes and new floor tiles in a couple more bathrooms while they were here. I plan to use them in a new home we are building. I needed help cleaning the grout off the back and sides of the tiles and cleaning, and re-sealing the top of these cement tiles. "The installers were very professional and courteous. My girlfriend and I both work from home, and the installers were very good at keeping the noise level low so that we were not interrupted. The only issue that I found with the installation was that a few of the tiles creeped a bit higher at one end causing a slight slant. It would not have even been noticeable if it wasn't for the fact that the area was butting up against an existing hardwood floor that required a transition. The manufactured transition did not fit properly because of it. However, they modified the transition and made it work.
