"Sierra did an excellent job—efficient, high quality, and on budget. The house had 40 years’ worth of deferred maintenance:electrical, plumbing, painting, finishes (stone and wood) and HVAC in a remote location. Sierra’s crew was onsite for one month, working seven days a week. There were no delays because “we have another job,” or other typical GC reasons for delay. This job (spring 2026) was Sierra’s second for us. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service are incomparable.
