"I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was also pleased that they sealed off some areas to avoid dust from spreading to other rooms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him for any future projects."

"Done very good, and efficient although some glitches on crack they promise that will come back and reinstall the tile. Kudos to the team especially to Emilio , He was into the project and very professional,Knows how he is doing,person that that you can trust. "We replaced all of the flooring in our 2000 sq ft house with luxury vinyl plank. We needed to demo out the existing tile and laminate and have the new flooring installed. We got 3 bids. Kris was professional, very responsive and easy to communicate with. His bid was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule in our time frame so we went with Footprints Floors. Kris remained easy to communicate with and we appreciated his quick response time. Unfortunately his team was having problems the week of our project and he had to cut some of his workers. It slowed down the progress and took longer than expected. The guys that worked on the project were there every day but there were only 2 of them and they spoke no English so communicating with them directly was challenging. They were hard workers and did a fine job but it was a really big project for such a small crew and we were out of our house much longer than expected. There were a few small issues during the installation but nothing major and the end result turned out nice. Kris tried to stay on top of things and his crew chief came by regularly to check on the progress and communicate with the workers. Overall I would recommend Kris and Footprints Floors."

"We just needed to have a small laundry room retiled because the tile had become cracked after just 4 years in a new build. I emailed them and told them what I was looking for. They sent me samples over email and I picked the tile and grout color. They sent me an estimate, I paid my deposit online, set up install appt. They showed up on time, completed in 1 day, paid my remainder online, and they did a much better job then our builder had done. Exactly what we had wanted. Hard to find someone that will take on a small job, but they gladly did. I had to pay a minimum $ amount for the installation, but so well worth it."
