"Got a much needed upgrade to my kitchen backsplash. Joseluis came in and assessed the job and made recommendations on how the backsplash could be done and how a portion of the granite could be removed to show more of the backsplash for a better look. He was right. Great crew! Finished the work timely and followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. I appreciate that my phone calls were always returned promptly and any questions I had were addressed right away. Would hire again and recommend them to anyone needing a backsplash."

"Job was most difficult involving 2 different remodel periods/tile installs; 3 different sealing materials and stripping left 2 different shades of tile/grout to match up. Completed job erased all past mistakes of "tile experts" and matched all surfaces, finishes and grout lines. Cheap, no! Results worth it, YES! When Michael viewed original floors, he selected the worst tiles; actually had necessary materials with him; stripped, colored, sealed tiles on the spot. Job sold! Owner delays did not impact original quote! Final cost was less that quoted. Job site always clean. Final results were show room perfect. Michael and Freddy are pros. Office staff helpful and positive. Job site 75 miles distant and stated arrival times met as promised. Sautillo tile refinishing not for ameauters... you'll be a pleased customer with this outfit. "Travis M and Dotson did the installation in my guest bathroom of a new tub, tile and fixtures. They were very professional and friendly. I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. David Lennox, my sales and design rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through this whole process. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly. Chris at Texas Tuff Refinishing did a wonderful job that has brought in compliments from my neighbors, and at a reasonable price. "Fabulous company, excellent experience. The cabinet builder I used gave me the names of two companies for the granite countertop I wanted. I went to the other one first because they were closer, but they did not have what I was looking for. While I was there, they called Raegan Winn (Natural Stone Design owner) to see if he could help me, and he said he could. This competitor highly recommended Natural Stone Design, as had the cabinet builder (Home-A-Rama). When I arrived at Natural Stone Design, I explained what I needed to the owner. He listened well and honed in on what I wanted, in spite of the fact that it wasn't going to be a big sale. The very first piece he showed me was exactly what i was looking for, the price was good, and I didn't look at anything else! He then turned me over to his right-hand man (Travis) who finalized the sale and set up the appointments for measuring and installation. The entire transaction from the time I drove up was probably just 30 minutes, and I'm still thrilled with the purchase--there are no regrets or feelings that I was rushed. Travis arrived promptly as scheduled for the measurements, and per my request, also measured my kitchen countertops. He followed up very quickly by email with a complimentary estimate for a future kitchen project with three different levels of countertop materials. The installation of my laundry room countertop occurred promptly on the date and time originally scheduled, installed with care, and did not take long at all. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The final product is beautiful, and I am a very happy customer! I would recommend this company to everyone."

"Jerry Dixon came by on time. After he saw what was needed he advised me to use a handyman for the work as they would have to tear down the whole bath and tile set up to the studs to install a new shower unit. This was more than I needed I appreciated his opinion as I did not want to spend a huge amount of money."

"Champion was the 5th and final company I'd scheduled to get an estimate from. The salesman was very knowledgeable and my wife and I were impressed with the quality of materials we were shown and what their performance should be like. As part of the sale, I'd agreed to write a review, to which the salesman agreed to, in writing, that would be 100% mine with no undue influence by Champion to have me give them a review that was better than what they'd earned. Good, or bad, everything is in my words only. Every company we'd gotten estimates from, assured the windows came with a warranty and would be covered if there were any issues. Well, Champion actually had the written warranty of some of those other companies and after getting the chance to read them, I'd realized just how stupid I'd been for not actually asking to see them in writing myself. They were very well written by lawyers and gave plenty of ways to get out of paying for things, or accepting responsibility if we had issues with their product. Each warranty we were shown was multiple pages long with lots of fine print the further you read. Champion's warranty looked nothing like that. It is one page long and states very clearly what is guaranteed by their warranty. In fact, here is what it says: NO CHARGE for any necessary REPAIR. NO CHARGE for any necessary PARTS. NO CHARGE for any necessary LABOR. NO CHARGE for any necessary MATERIAL. NO CHARGE for any necessary removal of JOB RELATED DEBRIS. NO CHARGE for any BROKEN GLASS for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO CHARGE for any SEAL FAILURE for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO CHARGE for any SCREEN REPAIR for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO PRORATION. There are a few more details, but nothing out of the ordinary of hidden by legalese. The estimate we were initially given was higher than I'd hoped, but we were offered a first time only discount. That meant if we agreed to purchase from Champion we would be given a discount but it would only be good for that day. If we waited, say another week to make a decision, then that discount would no longer be offered. My wife hates sales tactics like that. The discount we were offered put Champion back into the price range we wanted. Between that, how impressed we were with the warranty and quality of the windows, we were sold. We didn't finance and paid a deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion. However, a final inspection by us, and a supervisor needed to be completed and signed off for satisfaction before the balance was due. Champion came back out to get their detailed measurements and we began to wait for them to be built. Every company told us the wait time for windows was long, maybe 6 weeks, give or take. We signed our contract March 5th and the windows were installed April 13th.the work took 1 day, although we were told it could take up to 2. My wife was the person at home when the windows were actually installed. Everything went smoothly. The workers were professional, got everything installed and left nothing behind. If there weren't new double paned windows, you'd never had known they were even there. They even replaced a piece of trim that had fallen off and I never got around to replacing. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase from Champion. The only reason I'm not going to give this a full 5 star review is because I haven't had to go through any additional process with Champion where I'd need to file a claim, or deal with customer service beyond the sale. Nor have I had the opportunity to see what kind of impact the new windows will have on my energy bill. I would definitely recommend Champion if you're looking into rreplacing the windows on your home. So far, everything has been a positive experience and am happy with the look and cost of my new windows."

"They supplied new double paned windows that were cat 4 hurricane rated. The windows were tinted and can be cleaned from the inside, both top and bottom. Instillation was done very professionally. They kept us informed of how and what they were doing. The old windows were removed carefully so there would be no damage to the casing. The new windows installation went without a problem. The window openings had been measured prior, so when they were installed they fit perfectly. The space between the casing and the windows were filled with expanding foam. All of the windows were caulked, inside and out. When they finished, the clean-up was quick and efficient. The house looked great, as if nothing had been done except we had new windows on the house."
