Joseluis came in and assessed the job and made recommendations on how the backsplash could be done and how a portion of the granite could be removed to show more of the backsplash for a better look. He was right. Great crew! Finished the work timely and followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. "I am very happy with this company, their professionalism and the quality of their product and work. I would recommend them to family and friends. One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were fast and efficient. Definitely use them."

"After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc)."

He provided a few invaluable suggestions to help increase countertop surface space and overall appeal. The extra countertop space has already proven to be a great idea! Our kitchen has granite countertops, granite wrapped backsplash, 4-in nicotine stone accented with bricks to match our home, and granite wrapped appliance spaces for a ceramic grill, 4-burner gas grill, power burner, and a drop-in icebox that doubles as a sink. We received quotes from several contractors, all of which used cinder block to build their kitchens. Tony uses steel framing for his kitchens which allow for maximum storage space beneath the kitchen. Everyday we look out at our patio and we can't believe that beautiful kitchen out there is ours!!!
