"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize if there was any confusion about our pricing. I had quoted you $117 for the three rooms of carpet cleaning, $35 per Pet Stain Treatment, and $60 for the carpet Re-stretch. , and that was exactly what you were charged plus tax. My son treated more than 2 stains successfully, and I had explained that If he could accomplish the re-stretch it would be $60, if I had to send my installer it would be $120. Both should have added value for your money. My son also stated that he reviewed pricing prior to starting, which is our policy so that there is never any surprises. If you did not understand that our fee of pet stains was (per, each) stain. then ?.At worst you had agreed to $117 for the carpet cleaning, $35 for stain treatment, and $60 for the re-stretch. So if you feel cheated for the $35 for the pet stain treatment. Please let me know so that I may refund you those $35. We believe in providing Value for our fees, on top of superior quality for the workmanship we provide. -Alfred"
