All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. "As a preface to this review John and his team at Floor Coverings International has previously done the tile in our entre home. When we bought our house, we knew many projects would need to be completed, and one of the first was our flooring! We unfortunately met John after another contractor had performed a subpar job. John and his team swiftly came in, removed all of the bad tile and material, and laid the new tile with meticulous and fantastic workmanship. There was no doubt when it came time to have our master shower done that John would be the first to call!
