"I highly recommend Primo Tile. They performed tile work for me on 3 different occasions. All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. "Ryan and his crew were wonderful, friendly, and eager to please. John, the owner, came out at the end of the project to ensure I was pleased and also helped move some furniture back in place. There were a few things where I think they could improve and I told them what they were: 1) For the prep side of things, use of drop cloths over furniture so dust isn't settling on everything, 2) turning off the ventilation system so that dust isn't being pumped through the house prior to removing the carpet and prepping the foundation. I would take a star off for that, but they worked so hard to try and make me happy that they deserve that star. My floors are gorgeous, and I will be using FCI again."
