"Alan and his team were awesome. Alan went through my space and looked at the tile I had already bought and went over everything involved in the project. He explained things more thoroughly than anyone else I had talked to. His price was not the lowest, but his expertise and the workmanship was worth the cost. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! I get so many compliments from people who see my floors and I have no buyers remorse at all. I am hoping to hire them again to do more tile work!"

"Fantastic, Marko and his crew,worked quickly. The took up the old plywood to the beams in the bedroom .They put down new plywood and the new laminate flooring so quickly made it look so easy. ( I tried it and it is not). They worked together like a symphony. The bathroom had 4 layers of flooring then they removed and old rotten plywood. Replaced new plywood and laminate flooring and reinstalled the sink and toilet. They did a fantastic job!!! We will be hiring them again . We have Two new rooms . They just look so amazing... "I hired Floors Pro to repaint my house and remove the texture from the walls, and I had a really great experience working with them. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others I got, and the quality of the work definitely matched (if not exceeded) the price. Abrahim was awesome—super patient and easy to talk to. I changed my mind a few times about the wall texture, and he never made me feel rushed. He explained all the options, showed me pictures, and really helped me understand what I was choosing. Same with the paint colors—I went back and forth there too, and he gave great suggestions while still letting me take my time. The whole job took about a week, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I liked their work so much that I’m already planning to have them do my bathroom remodel next. "This is my first negative review ever but thought it was worth doing if it saves someone from the experience my wife and I had. Robert with Greentech Builders had asked me to write a review not far into our projects and unfortunately, I did and gave him a good one. We had several remodeling projects with the house we purchased and they started off ok but quickly turned very bad. We had a tub and two toilets replaced and out of three, one toilet and the tub were not installed correctly and leaked through our ceilings. He said he would repaint the areas but never did. An electric gate he installed never worked correctly and he did not come back to correct it. One project was having our kitchen tiled and was left with cracks in areas and not finished with quarter round trim but left with gaps along the cabinets and island. Robert said this wasn't included in the price but we paid probably 10% more than the next quote. In short, he charged us more than some other quotes and most every project turned out to be a mess. He didn't follow up and rarely if ever showed up to oversee his subs. The projects we had should have taken no more than a month or so at best but they drug on for nearly 7 months. We've had several different houses with many different projects but this turned out to be the worst experience we have had. My wife and I were very nice and patient with Robert which might have been one of our mistakes. He took advantage of that. Now I am finishing and correcting many projects that I paid a lot of money to Robert for. Hire Greentech at your own risk. You have been warned."

"We've used HC Plus Flooring to re-tile our bathroom floors and shower surrounds in the past and found their work to be excellent so when the time came to install LVP flooring on our first floor and staircase, tile our powder bath and laundry room and repair our upstairs wood flooring we felt confident in working with them again. Luis and Leo were again very professional while managing the project and helpful with design ideas. They and their crew are true craftsmen. Our house flows diagonally from the dining room into the family room so we chose to install our LVP at a 45 degree angle and they knocked it out of the park. The staircase looks wonderful, the tile work is, once again, beautiful and the repair work to our wood floor is undetectable. Two weeks later and we are still in awe every time we enter our home. We could not be happier with their work."
