All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. He explained things more thoroughly than anyone else I had talked to. His price was not the lowest, but his expertise and the workmanship was worth the cost. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful!
