"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provides excellent plumbing services and he places them far above profit. I highly recommend him."

It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. After the cabinets, counter tops, and kitchen sink were installed, they returned within a day or two of my phone call to complete the plumbing finish work. This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. I am extremely happy with our new kitchen/break room and this experience has made it that much better. "

This job included removal of old counters, under mount sink, and included all plumbing and electrical work. They even reinstalled new faucets in the bathroom.  The whole job took couple weeks but it was done very well and we are happy with the results. Derek provided advice on how we could save existing black splash tiles.  He also went an extra mile and replaced a faulty faucet multiple times until it was done right. We would definitely recommend Stonemasters of DFW for any type of remodeling work involving the kitchen and bathroom.
