quick, prompt and knows his stuff

Last Saturday evening our hot water tank started leaking and we had no other choice but to shut off the main water. So basically we had to live without water. Called Martin and described the issue. He asked me to send the pix of the water tank, which I did. He said that he can do the job next morning which was Sunday. We negotiated the total cost over the phone and agreed . Next morning he was there promptly and finished the job in 1.5 hours. Very clean professional work. I shared his info with of my co-workers also.
