"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. "I called Young's plumbing because when I woke up that morning I had a huge puddle of water in my living room. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he could a plumber out the same day. When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. "Called Next Level Plumbing first thing Mon AM, originally had an apt time for 11:00 AM but they had to change my time to ~2 hrs later due to one of their jobs taking longer than planned. The receptionist did a great job calling to let us know about this hiccup and called again when the guys were on their way. I was really nervous this was going to be expensive because of the three things I thought were wrong. Turns out the only problem was the original shutoff valve needing to be replaced. The water spraying from the pipe was just the spray coming from the shutoff valve onto the pipe fitting. And the copper tubing for the disposal just had to be pushed up higher into the disposal, no danger of leaking from it. The plumber was very nice, knew what he was doing, and was pretty quick. Once he saw the problem, he and his apprentice had to run down the street to our local ACE Hardware store to get a part, then returned and finished replacing the valve quickly. The best part? The price! We'd used a different plumber about 5 yrs ago to replace the original shutoff valves under my husband's sink in the bathroom, and that had cost a lot (in the $300's, as I recall). We were only charged in the $100's, including the Angie List discount. Will call them again the next time we have a plumbing problem."
