Supposedly did work then continue to have drain issues. Find out there is still section of old pipe still there. They won’t call me back or address issues.

I used many different contractors while doing a complete house renovation, including several different plumbers. Ahead of the Rest was by far the best. They were quick, reasonably priced, professional, and completed the job when they said they would. Would definitely use again.

My daughter called the plumber and was told that he would call back. She said they charge $75 extra for callouts on Sunday. We needed service that day because water was gushing out of the sprinkler control box. We had to turn the water off at the street to stop the leak. The plumber called back and said the charge could be up to $600 to stop the leak. My daughter cancelled the call because of the cost, so she kept the water turned off until she could get someone out on Monday. Her husband was on military duty. When he got home, he discovered what was causing the leak and was able to get the parts at Home Depot to fix the problem within about an hour.
My complaint is that the plumber would not come out unless we agreed to possibly pay up to $600.

A plumber came out the very next day from when I called them. He was on time. Then after he was done with the work on toilets, I asked him to look at the plumbing in the rest of the house. He checked things for me and looked at everything, but did not charge anything extra and it did take him time to do that. He came out and did what he needed to do to fix the toilet. I had absolutely no complaints about him. He did everything he was supposed to do. He was very responsive. I would use them again.

He was good. He started to do the work and diagnosed the problem, but he wasn't able to complete it due to license regulation. He got out here when he said he would get out here. He was very professional. He didn't charge me for what he had to do. He was very responsive. I have actually asked him for his card, so if I ever have any problem I would call him.

The front hose bib on our house would not turn off the water. About 11:40 AM, I called another highly rated plumber and got voicemail. Then I called Chris and got his wife. She gave him the phone. I told him what the problem was and gave him directions. He asked if someone was going to be home for the next hour. Chris arrived about forty minutes later. He described what he would do if it was an easy fix and what he would do if it turned out to be a more difficult fix with a price estimate of $75 for the easy fix and $100 for the difficult fix. Then he asked if I wanted him to proceed. I said yes and he replaced the washer in the bib. I think he recognized that I am normally a DIY type, because he also explained how to replace the whole bib in case that should be necessary at some point in the future. Then I asked Chris to take a look at a tub that would not hold water. He unscrewed the stopper portion of the drain at my request and suggested a toe popper stopper that I could get at Home Depot or Lowes. Chris did not point out that the O-ring had come off of the stopper and could easily be replaced. That is what I did, and the tub now holds water. Since Chris was here less than ten minutes, he only charged me $50. He guaranteed his work for one year. Chris was very friendly and professional. His card indicates he is a master plumber; License # M-39235.
