"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"They didn't go. That's the problem. It took two and a half months instead of two and a half weeks. Cuz I would never come over and do the job. And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"Phil and I are so very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire crew from TBL. We had another company we were seriously considering for the build of this patio. But our decision to go with TBL rested solely on the expertise and wisdom we saw in Kimbra. I really felt we would be able to communicate our desires and hear what could and could not be done in an honest way with Kimbra. She was right beside us through every decision and kept us in the loop at all times. We will use TBL again for other projects. Our patio is beyond beautiful. "This landscaping job went well. The crew had a job just getting the remanis of the tree stump and roots out, before planting the 6 shrubs. The clean up of the flower bed and bush area was quick and efficiently done. The bushes in the backyard were placed just as I wanted despite the challenge of tree roots. Having a clear path to the faucet from to sides is great. I am very pleased with the results of their work."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Over the years I've experienced many technicians who seem to misdiagnose appliances. Mani precisely diagnosed what was happening with my washer and refrigerator. He described the malfunction in Laymans terms and repaired them efficiently. I have put their name in my phone to keep for future repairs. I highly recommend this company. He will not be disappointed."

"Professional and fair priced. Rodney did aa great job replacing my dyer vent ductwork in the attic, living in Granbury it's hard to find someone that will come out this way. Excellent communications, great work. Highly recommended handy man."
