"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provides excellent plumbing services and he places them far above profit. I highly recommend him."

They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. This started out as a project so my MIL could get her walker into the ground level bathroom. The door size was increased from 24 Inches to 32 inches. To make more room in the bathroom, it was necessary to have the door open outward.
My wife did the actual acquisition of a compact sink, new toilet, grab bars, new 32 inch door etc.  She also ordered a new medicine cabinet, storage cabinet, Bamboo flooring and worked day to day with the workmen.
The existing bathroom was gutted to the bare walls and floor.
The contractor then removed wallpaper, made the walls look like plaster to match the other walls in our house.
The contractor then painted the walls and installed all the items to make it a new bathroom.
Several workmen were involved in the remodel. They were all professional and courteous.
The remodel took about a week.
There was a minor problem with a small leak in the new sink drain. They promptly came back and corrected the problem.
The company owner came by daily to make sure all was going according to plan.
Pay close attention when the job is nearing completion. Make sure they don't get in a rush to complete the job. Point out any discrepancies. 
I am completely satisfied with the job. It is difficult to remodel a half bath so that it is accessible to someone who uses a walker.
