"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Made existing kitchen opening 3 times bigger. Installed marble back splash, porcelain tile under base cabinets, appliances, rewire electrical for recessed lights and wall plugs. Smooth ceiling and wall finish. Redid sink plumbing. Each morning Alex would prep work area by covering floor and each afternoon clean work area. Very respectful and easy to work with."

"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Called Next Level Plumbing first thing Mon AM, originally had an apt time for 11:00 AM but they had to change my time to ~2 hrs later due to one of their jobs taking longer than planned. The receptionist did a great job calling to let us know about this hiccup and called again when the guys were on their way. I was really nervous this was going to be expensive because of the three things I thought were wrong. Turns out the only problem was the original shutoff valve needing to be replaced. The water spraying from the pipe was just the spray coming from the shutoff valve onto the pipe fitting. And the copper tubing for the disposal just had to be pushed up higher into the disposal, no danger of leaking from it. The plumber was very nice, knew what he was doing, and was pretty quick. Once he saw the problem, he and his apprentice had to run down the street to our local ACE Hardware store to get a part, then returned and finished replacing the valve quickly. The best part? The price! We'd used a different plumber about 5 yrs ago to replace the original shutoff valves under my husband's sink in the bathroom, and that had cost a lot (in the $300's, as I recall). We were only charged in the $100's, including the Angie List discount. Will call them again the next time we have a plumbing problem."
