"Our refrigerator had stopped working and we were in desperate need of getting it fixed. Steve came out fast and diagnosed the problem. He got us back up and running within a few hours. He kept me totally up to date on what the symptoms were and expected repair costs. On top of that needed repair, I had purchased a replacement ice maker which hadn't worked for a while and he replaced it - no extra charge. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs appliance services."
