I waited an hour and 45 minutes for repairman. I finally called the company, and the woman who answered confirmed my appointment but said I would need to call Mike to find out where he was.  I called Mike, who said he was still working on a broken dishwasher and he was sorry he hadn't called.

We have a problem with the control panel of our 2005 GE dishwasher.  We are unable to access the Speed Wash setting we have been using.  Mike analyzed the problem and showed my wife how to reset the machine to unlock the setting problem with Speed Wash and allow us to use the Normal Wash setting.  This was better information than we got from GE support.  Full repair would have meant replacing the control panel at significantly more cost, and the changed setting is workable.
We have used Mike's services on a number of occasions and have recommended him to family and friends, who all think highly of his service.

They took it apart enough to tell me that the main wire was fried and recommended I get another one. He is not only a repair person, but also sells repaired used appliances. They had good prices on reputable appliances, but I did not end up buying one from them because I got one free from a family friend. They didn’t take my $40 upfront because they wanted me to come look at their products first and would have foregone that fee if I had purchased one from them.

I was very pleased with the service and the information he gave me. He told me how to move the freezer without having to unload everything first. But I was especially happy with the price. The company I had used before had charged me almost twice what he charged me for almost three years later.

I was expecting the service tech to cancel due to the weather.  But the service tech was on time, despite the icy weather.  I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend the.

Mike said that the freezers were freezing over due to the water drains being clogged. After he cleared the drains, one freezer was repaired and one was still freezing over. I contacted Mike and scheduled a time for him to return and take another look at the freezer and he did not show up. I have called him four times and each time he has promised to return and each time he has not shown up.

I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's.  Their installer told me it was impossible for him to get my old dishwasher installed  as new hardwood floors had not been properly installed for him to do so.  Prior to purchasing the new dishwasher I talked with Mike Billingsley, the owner of The Right Appliances, attempting to source parts for my old dishwasher.  He was very helpful by telephone and never charged me a dime.
After the Lowe's installer told me my situation was not good I called Mike.  He came and I could tell immediately he is a guy that likes a challenge.  After 2 1/2 hours he had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed.  He did not charge us any more than his standard charge to install a new dishwasher.  Needless to say we paid him extra for doing such a great job.
He is a hard worker and knows what he is doing.  i would recommend him highly to install any new applicances!

Everything went well, he was only here about twenty minutes, replaced the part and the machine has been running great since then.

They were very promt and professional.  Came prepared with the possible broken part, whihc it lter came to be.  He had his assistant with him, who was also very professional and learning the craft.

My refrigerator stopped working on Saturday and I originally went to Home Depot where I bought fridge. There they work with contractor Red Beacon, but the only way they would perform any work was if they had my credit card information in hand. I did not want to provide any form of payment without a contract or even an estimate so I turned to Angie’s List instead.

I chose to work with The Right Appliance and Mike Wright came out to my home that same day. I told him what the problem was, and he knew right away what was needed. The refrigerator needed a new fan motor and Mike ordered the part right away. He returned the following day and was right on time. He was reasonably priced, prompt and efficient.  Also he was knowledgeable and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have already shared my experience with other friends.

I first call for service on my dryer the gentlemen came out and supposedly fixed my dryer, however it worked for a day or two.  So I call them back and I could tell they did not  want to come back out.  They told me I need to have my vents cleaned out so I call and had a man come out and clean out the vents..  So I call them back and told them that the vents are clean. They said ok and came out the next day I think.  The dryer may have work for a week and stop working again.  I was not getting any heat.  The dryer came on but there was not heat.

The repair was straight forward but unfortunately the replacement timer was defective. This unit was in a rental unit and my tenant lost much of the food in the refrigerator a second time. Because this happened within the warranty given to me, they promptly came and replaced the timer again. My tenant started to monitor the refrigerator which was good since this second timer was also defective, but again they sent a technician and replaced it with no charge. Although this was very upsetting to have it happen multiple times, it was their replacement parts not their labor that was at fault. There were no additional charges.
