Waiting to see if part needed can be found. Information provided the tech shows the part has been discontinued. Tech explained to me what the problem was on the stovetop in order for repair to be made. He was very helpful and courteous.

There was a bit of miscommunication setting up the appointment but it was resolved quickly. The tech was prompt and knowledgeable. He identified my issue was related to a recall. This was good except it took him less than and hour to identify that by running a diag and that cost $79. I guess compared to the $580 it would have cost is good though.
