A-1 SERVICES INC

A1-Services provided outstanding services to resolve our issues with leaky faucets. The office staff was very friendly and It was super easy to schedule appointments. The plumber, Kevin, was prompt, professional, and quickly resolved our issues. We will definitely use them again in the future for any appliance and plumbing issues.

plumbing issue they were supposed to address a plumbing stoppage however never showed up and charged me a service fee for nothing.

We called AHS due to a knocking sound from our kitchen sink. They set appt for 7-22 between 12-4 with A-1, contractor was late. Looked at sink, looked under sink and told homeowner that it was due to a converter that went from the main faucet to the handheld and that it may be hard to get the piece to fix it. Would inform homeowner in a couple of days. Never heard from them. homeowner asked me to call them. I called for 3 hours.... every 20 mins or so. got recording that they were not open and to leave message and would be called back during business hours (on a tuesday from 8-11). business hours according to the recording is 8-5 mon-thurs, 8-4 on fri. left one message, but continued to call since it was within business hours. Finally looked them up on the internet and business address is a home, not a business. Called AHS, told them that we have been waiting for word back and that we were informed that AHS would be the first to know since they had to approve work. Girl at AHS called the business, which answered right away... AHS asked that we call on another line and try to get in touch with them again. Finally got an answer, the girl who answered talked over me. I continued what I was saying in order to finish my thoughts (also still had the woman from AHS listening in on the conversation). The girl on the phone from the plumbing house would not let me finish what I was saying and asked to speak with the homeowner, as I handed the phone over I asked him if I was being a B****? the girl on the phone (who never was listening in the first place) thought I called her a Bi*** and hung up on the homeowner. Really? for the love of god, listen! Already a problem with whoever this person is,,, Stacy i think her name was. The AHS told me that she heard me and knew that I did not call anyone a name. So childish. Hard to trust a company that misinforms you and does not do what is expected when dealing with a AHS customer. I was informed that AHS would happily get us a new contractor to do the repairs properly because A-1 refused to do anymore work for us. I am guessing because this person who was on the phone for A-1 and who was not listening in the first place, could not image that she was wrong lol. Oh! nearly forgot, the plumbing company had already ordered the replacement. AHS told us that they did not have the information on that. We are not the richest people around, we can not afford to have someone not telling us what is going on and whether or not our insurance will cover it. AHS said that they would not have paid for it if it was not approved. I will also be making a report with the BBB and Yelp about our experience. I do not want a call back from this company,there is nothing to fix, AHS already corrected the problem.

I have used this company for years. Dave Minton, the repair man, is very knowledgable and honest. On this call he told me the parts were no longer available for my 33 year old stove.........so the time has come for a new one.

Actually was hired by American Home Shield through our home warranty contract. They were easy to make an appointment with, called ahead of time, prompt arrival and quickly fixed the problem. No issues. Good work.

I don't remember every instance in particular, but I do know that the gentleman that comes out is always on time, very professional and helpful. Obviously, I have been happy with their service or I wouldn't have continued call them or to recommend them.

A-1 Services is great. This company is the only one I call. The service man was prompt, knew his job. They were reasonably priced. There was no waiting, The time stated was the time they arrived.

They were excellent. Overall the work was excellent. They were very professional. I don't remember how much I paid for the services. I would use their services again in the future.
