My new microwave was in and working within three hours of my phone call to them. Very prompt, professional, and congenial.

Excellent, prompt response. Repairman was a great representative of his company.

So I went, looked, bought a new refrigerator. One downside, they didn't have a huge selection but that actually made the choice easier. They were able to deliver same day! They even had access to 6 month no interest financing, giving me time to pull together the cash to pay it off. I couldn't be happier. While they didn't do a repair, I am very happy, and save a couple hundred dollars worth of food. My total cost included delivery and removal of the old fridge.

Works great now.

Service call to diagnose problem. $ 48.00. I ordered the part needed. Walts will charge $15 to install. Have used this company 25 years, that's my rating!!!

After talking with the office at Walt's appliance the service tech came right out and on time.  Ernest checked the circuit box to make sure it wasn't a problem with the electricity, he then took the dishwasher out of the wall and found that it needed a new pump. Ernest was so good in that he wasn't in a rush or big hurry to go on to the next job.  He was a real pleasure to have in the home.

Service was timely, professional and accurate. Great company to use.

It was not a positive experience. The technician they sent out wound out being someone else who I had contacted independently to do the work, so he was basically doing work on the side.

The appointment was for between 3:00-5:00. and they were late. When he got there he acted like he did not want to be bothered. He left after 15 minutes later and said he did not find anything wrong with it.

The workman charged me, but did not charge me through the company itself. I called the company owner about this, and he was a little flip about it because his company had not charged me. This was a wast of my time and I needed to call the manufacturer to repair it.

Initial contact with the company was easy, scheduling was convenient, confirmation phone call was received about the time of the service call. Very personable.

My 10+ yr old GE dryer was making a sound like two squirrels fighting whenever it ran. I finally got tired of turning up the TV just to drown it out and called Walt's. The tech came out and replaced the glides -- it's now as quiet as when it was new. He also replaced the heating element since I commented that I thought the clothes were taking too long to dry and I had already had the vent completely cleaned out. The tech told me that since the motor still looked good, I could expect to get at least another 5 years of service from the machine. That was great news. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repair - I had expected it to run quite a bit more. I will definitely use Walt's again.

We have used Walt's in the past many time and are always very pleased with their service. We called them again to fix our Maytag washing machine and our Maytag refrigerator/freezer. They send the same person each time so he is familiar with all of our appliances (and also familiar with our sweet dog who also loves him!!) I had given the model numbers of both to the service representative so he came prepared. He immediately knew what was wrong and quickly fixed both appliances. He was on time, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and quick, and did a wonderful job. We will always call Walt's to service all of our home appliances. If you need major appliance repair, you must use this company. They are the best!

the overall experience was very good.

We shopped at several appliance stores for a microwave oven/oven unit to replace an old one. Walt's was the only store that new immediately what unit would fit our cut-out space. Within 15 minutes the entire transaction was complete - saw the unit, was explained the price and warranty, paid, and scheduled an installation for the next day. The next day the installation was completed at the scheduled time and was done perfectly. The unit had to be installed into a preexisting space within cusomized cabinetry. It was installed without any issues with the cabinetry.

They were very friendly, professional and helpful each time I talked with them. Would definitely use them again.

Ernie arrived on time. He was clean, neat and very polite. He fixed the dishwasher in less than 1/2 hour and it has been working well ever since.
