He kept me totally up to date on what the symptoms were and expected repair costs. On top of that needed repair, I had purchased a replacement ice maker which hadn't worked for a while and he replaced it - no extra charge. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs appliance services."
