"?Evolution Drafting has been very difficult to work with. I have been passed from employee to employee, with unreturned calls and missed appointments. I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"We had a simple plat process where we split one property into 2. We relied on A-1 to provide the service. Not only did it take 24 months to complete (yes you read that correctly), but we had to hound the team to get it done. Some of the delays were basic. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. That delay, because of price inflation, has cost me more than $12,000 in additional costs for septic components. Would not recommend, not even to my ex-wife."

But, I love it and my foreman says I can't retire until 2030, when his last girl gets outta high school. :) So...get it right on paper BEFORE any digging begins! 210.488.5321. I will personally meet with you & spend as much time as necessary going over what you would like to do and what your options are. I have a massive portfolio of before & after pictures, on my laptop, that we can reference on our first visit to help you with ideas. We will then design your landscape either by hand, or by CAD. This is to make sure we like everything on paper "before" any digging begins. I'm amazed at how many landscapers skip, or pay little attention to this process. This is where we spend most of our time. This is also why I only do 1 appointment per day between 9am and 3pm. They can take some time. If this is done right, the actual installation is so much easier and smoother...and I have the best Landscaping Crew in San Antonio. Period. :) Folks, this is fun and I love doing this.
