"Structure Builders and homeowner originally met on March 23. She stated that she had 2 bids for her projects. One for ($125K) that did not include her roof. She also had one for ($90K) Which also did not include the roof. We agreed to do the work for ($100K) to include the roof. Project started on 4/18/2023, (20) Days before our committed start date. Structure Builders made no written commitment to finish homeowners project as it is quite extensive. We did verbally commit to (9-12) Months. During this time, homeowner chose many custom and out of stock items that were very difficult to locate. Delayed decisions also caused ordering complications. Homeowner also decided to change items after they were already agreed upon and installed. Homeowner also asked us to do extra work that was not included in the contract including extra backsplash and custom cabinetry in the kitchen and extra tile in bathroom. We also helped the homeowner with her water heater due to previous contractor manipulating and creating faulty water lines at no extra cost. The amount of work that needs to be completed is very minimum. A majority of the work includes a number of changes the homeowner made after installation and items not agreed upon up front. Homeowner also did not follow payment schedule as agreed. Homeowner has a beautiful and well installed remodel because of Structure Builders efforts."

"We understand you are going through a lot personally. However, we did start your project in a timely manner, we did follow proper installation guidelines, and your house does look better than we started. It is not finished because you did not make your 3rd payment as the contract stated. We tried calling and you would not return our calls or make the payment. As a courtesy, Rudy extended your terms and we did more work. Then when it becomes time to receive your payment again after extending it you refuse. You also did not allow access to the home for the inspection process. It isn't very kind to write negative reviews when you did not follow the signed contract or allow us access to complete the project by not allowing the inspector access. Rudy also isn't an investor, he stated that we were going to put a lien on the home and finance you to help you since you stated you did not have the finances to finish the project. Our attorney has had your information on his books since December and is waiting for us to pursue."
