We are very pleased with the work provided. We wanted to remove most of the grass in our backyard because it was difficult to grow. What we ended up with was a park-like environment with a new concrete deck, decomposed granite with pavers, and kept a little bit of grass. He also had our side yard redone with new rock and pavers in an awesome design. Our front yard was also cleaned up of old rock and we incorporated grass and rock for a modern design. Everything is much more manageable for us to keep up with than before. We would recommend him and his crew to anyone. The best part was that he showed up everyday by early morning and always made progress. There was never an excuse. The crew worked hard to get everything done. Walter was very dependable and honest with us as well. He always made sure we were on the same page with the design and made things better than the design in most cases just because he wanted to go the extra mile. He took great pride in his work.

Installed pavers set in decomposed granite that extended from driveway across part of front yard to sidewalk. Great care was taken to ensure that the material was set deep enough, digging did not disturb tree roots or sprinklers, and finished walkway was straight and level. Offered great design ideas. Over the decades of homeownership, we have had many contractors take care of house projects. Walter Heredia and his team of professionals have been the very, very best. All Clean Solutions was tasked to replace 1,200 sq ft of patio concrete. Project was difficult, with lots of physical obstacles. Everything was the way Walter said it would be. Timing was on point, the way he described the work as well. Price was good. (Not the most expensive & not the cheapest, just great). We had a bear backyard in our new house and in 5 days, Walter transformed the whole thing into a cute modern spot. We will rehire the company asap to do some more work.
