Great job! Just had them upgrade a bathroom and help to restore damage to several rooms caused by a leaking toilet. They worked well with our insurance to get it all done. They were fast, respectful and very easy to work with. Everything looks great!

Vincent Neavez - Senior Estimating Manager - was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Fernando - Project coordinator - was very helpful and, he too, answered all questions and concerns. The roofers did an OUTSTANDING job!! I would definitely recommend Carranza Restoration.

FWR came in and quickly restored the drywall, painted my walls, restored my cabinets, fix the flooring immediately after my leak. FWR was very responsive in meeting all my needs and will definitely use them again. This makes my 3rd pinhole copper pipe leak and out of all the restoration services I've dealt with it, they are the best !!

Work was performed as promised and on time

There were some issues with the initial team that was sent to do our repairs, but when FWR Contractors found out, they immediately sent another team which did an excellent job in good time. The person in charge listened to my concerns, communicated with me extremely well, and assured the work was done promptly and correctly checking it everyday both with me and going around to check even herself.

This was the only company that followed through when I requested as estimate. Others left me hanging. They started and finished on schedule, maintained a neat worksite, cleaned up completely, and communicated appropriately. One leak was discovered after the next hard rain and a crew was sent promptly to repair it. It was on an exterior porch and did no damage.

Excellent! FWR did an awesome job not only with the replacement of my roof, but were so punctual and informative during the whole process. Work done is top notch and I will be using them again for additional repairs, renovations, and beautification in the future. Long Live FWR!

There was a slight delay in getting the work done, but thy was only due to the number of claims due to the severity of the storm. Either way they were very quick to contact us. Even with the high work volume they contacted us weekly to keep us apprised to the proximate date of repair and the projected date of completion. All the workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even came out to inspect the repairs after they were completed to insure they were done correctly. Excellent company.

We had used them previously and contacted them the evening of the leak. They referred us to ServPro for extraction and drying services that evening (very satisfied). FWR came out and gave us an estimate/bid on the repairs. They coordinated with our personal schedule to begin the repairs. They started on the day requested and they were punctual each day of the process. The entire job went extremely smooth with perfectly coordinated timing of subcontractors.
