They were very professional; fast, polite. Several spots after drying, could use another touch up.

Responders were prompt and provided an estimate which was accepted. Was quick in cleaning the carpet, and yet not excess liquids were left in the carpet. Arrived in a nice vehicle. They did not need to plug into our electricity, as their van powered the equipment. Excellent work. This is at least my third time using thier service with no regrets.

Carpet Cleaning

Excellent. They were able to come out very soon. They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. We have no stains. The carpet smells clean. They were on time, efficient and reasonable. Very happy and highly recommend.

They arrived on time to a little early. I hired them to do a move out carpet cleaning in 2 bedrooms. When furniture was moved, I found there was a discoloration stain on carpet in one bedroom. They were able to completely remove the stain. This is the second time that I've used them on a move out carpet cleaning, and I've always been impressed with their customer service as well as the great job that they do. I would highly recommend.

The crew is always on time, cover the job in detail with me and do great work. Had all 4 bedrooms done this time in preparation for selling our house, so very important to us that the job was done right. Steamer's is very dependable and insure none of our wood floors get wet. Great company.

David and isaiah called to see if they could come half hour earlier than scheduled, which I appreciated. Steamers sent a team of 2, which I also appreciated, so the work could be completed more quickly. That has never happened before with other cleaners. After showing them what rooms they would work on, they went to work. I had some soil and spots which I was unsure they would be able to clean, but they got it all! And even touched up the arms of some white chairs I had. They did not ever add to the original quoted price, like some others, saying oh, you have a spot there, I am going to have to charge you for a special spot cleaner on top of cleaning your carpet...David even reminded me of an Angie’s List coupon that further saved me money. After they were finished, David gave me a packet of information about their 14 step cleaning process, a sheet on info after your carpet is cleaned (airflow, when to replace furniture and rugs on the cleaned carpet, resurfacing spots, and other fun things), told me about their referral program (they will pay you 10% bonus of the bill of your friends and neighbors you refer!!!), and info about other cleaning services they have. They were very polite and accommodating and professional. I will definitely have them back!

Team was cordial and courteous but the younger guy kept his ear buds in the whole time and I felt he was more interested in his phone than his work.

Lady who answered phone was very nice and professional. Got some scheduled right away for an "emergency" lol. My husband had too much to drink the night before and needless to say, I needed my carpet cleaned!!! They came out right away, called prior to dispatching and got it taken care of. Will hire them again!

Once again, Steamers Carpet provided excellent service and cleaned the carpets throughout our entire home! They were able to remove spots that another carpet cleaning service was unable to remove. They also used extra care to protect corners as they proceeded through our home. We also had upholstery cleaned, and it looked like new!!! Most of all, everyone from the person who scheduled the service, to the gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly and answered all questions without hesitation! I was completely satisfied and will continue to use Steamers Carpet Care!

Great customer service!! The team was early and did a great job cleaning our carpets, removed most pet stains, and were honest about those that they could not remove (only 1 on an area rug). After the team left, we noticed that one of our walls had accidentally been damaged by a hose. We called the office and Irene directed me to the owner, John, who was extremely responsive and apologetic. John refunded us for our service, and also paid for our wall to be fixed by a contractor of our choosing. The customer service was spectacular, and it made the process simple. Will use them again in the future 100%. Great company, staff, owner, and customer service.

Courteous and punctual. Told us what would be done. Pre-treated spots and then cleaned thoroughly. protected corners of walls with plastic guards, and set up fans to dry more quickly. Absolutely would recommend.

The Steamers personnel arrived promptly at the time they said they would. They explained the procedures before beginning the cleaning. They worked fast and my carpet look good as new!

There were complete professionals that arrived on time. The job turned out amazing for the minimal cost! The method of cleaning they use is like non-other and left the carpets looking new.
