I don't have a lot of experience with carpet cleaning companies, but based on my limited experience I figured I needed someone better than average to remove a bad stain. I chose Mark at Stain Busters because of another Angie's List review. Mark was professional and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, removing the stain, and repairing a spot where a thread was unraveling. He also left and then picked up equipment to help dry the carpet. I certainly recommend him!

Mark was amazing. I have never had anyone spend so much time cleaning my carpets. They look brand new!

I was very surprised at the length of time. Mark took to clean our carpets. He was very particular in his work. He was working for over 6 hours. The carpets look great!

As always, Mark did an excellent job! I can't believe the things that he can get out of my carpet and make it look so nice again. Before the first time he came, I really thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. We had a new puppy in an alpha-dog battle with our older dog. Our carpets were disgusting in every room. I could not keep up with the mess. My Mom told me to give Mark a chance before spending thousands on new carpet. Mark saved my carpet and my budget. I have him come back every year --- right before my mother-in-law visits ;) . He's the best! I wouldn't have anyone else clean my carpet anymore.

Best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Worked hard to get tough stains out, we have two dogs and five year old carpeting. Marc is polite, friendly, professional and I would recommend him in a heart beat!

They were okay. They couldn't guarantee they could remove stuff. The scheduling was an issue. They responded promptly to my call and they gave me a good estimate. It just didn't meet my schedule at that particular time. They responded appropriately.

Mark called me and I thought he was just going to come over to estimate the work. But, no, he was ready to do the job! He was so prompt and patient, since I didn't get home from work until after 6PM. Guardian had told me that it would take 7-10 days just for an estimate. But Mark got here much sooner than that. He did all the work himself. I asked how much it would cost for him to clean the entire sofa, and I found his price reasonable, considering how much cat hair, cat vomit, dog yuk, you get the picture, there was on the sofa. He took apart the sections, vacuumed them thoroughly then applied antimicrobial liquid in case there was mold forming in the cushions. He told me beforehand exactly what he was going to do. He put down all kinds of protective sheeting on the floor so none of the spray would get on it. He also took his shoes off! He made sure I had all the animals put away so they would not go out the door. Oh, and he wore a name tag, had his business card, and introduced himself and showed me his licenses before he attempted to enter my home. He worked nonstop and finished the job in about an hour and a half. The antimicrobial spray he applied to the sofa has a very gentle scent to it, nothing overpowering. I could only smell the spray briefly after he applied it. The whole house doesn't smell now at all. It is a safe product he uses since the animals, of course, immediately had to jump on the sofa after he left. Non-toxic! I just can't say enough good things about this service. And he gave me coupons for carpet cleaning discounts for me and for my friends/co-workers. I will definitely recommend his services to others. I HIGHLY recommend his services to those of you who use Angie's List!

He's not cheap but he's great. He is very dedicated and thorough. He is so thorough. We used to have him clean carpets at our office. He's come twice to the office and twice at my home. He is certified. He is excellent. He's got a great work ethic. He is on time and very humble.
