"I went on Home Advisor after 10:00 pm and said I wanted a call back now. Moses called me, gave me the price, and we set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. At the house he thoroughly explained every part of the process, especially removing the dog urine. He did a fabulous job so now the carpets in the three bedrooms are clean ready for our parents to move into their new home tomorrow."

"It went very well. This is a small 2 person(husband and wife) team. Mike and Miranda are very personable as well as professional. They did an outstanding job cleaning my tile. Then they painstakingly stained and sealed all of my grout. It looks brand new!! So glad I found this company. They also use nontoxic cleaning solutions."

"I hired them to re fasten my carpet in which They did an amazing job. I asked them if they had time to clean my carpet since they finished early re fasting my carpet. They also did an amazing job on my carpets. I have had many other companies clean my carpets but not as amazing as K&L. The machine they use does a real deep cleaning and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. "I asked for deep cleaning with carpet wash. I have to say the person who did carpet wash is a sincere and hard working guy. He did a great job and 5 stars for him. The deep cleaning was good but I think they could have done a better job. They finished the everything in 2 hours and 40 minutes which was great but there were some spots which could have received some more care especially when they had 15-20 more minutes to complete 3 hours they charged for. But overall their job was good."
