Three bedrooms and stairs worth of carpet cleaned. Company arrived a little early which was ok with me. Guys were presentable and professional. Lead guy took time to explain how the process worked. They were in and out in about 35 minutes which I actually thought was a little TOO fast, but the results were good so whatever. Only complaint would be that their cleaning seemed to leave a bit of a residue that I could feel on my feet for about a week, but it dissipated eventually.

It went very well. Ralph called due to a cancellation and was able to fit me in early and it worked out well. Ralph was very pleasant and professional and efficient in the task of cleaning the carpet.

Roland was prompt, conscientious, and professional. His cleaning services transformed the look of our carpets and bathrooms. I would definitely hire Roland again and will be recommending his company to all my friends.

We needed carpets cleaned in our townhouse and called based on reviews seen here. They called to confirm before and showed up on time, were very professional. They did a great job, even got out the red juice/Kool-aid stain I thought would be in the carpets forever. I'll definitely hire them again.

Roland was great. He was here early, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was done in 30 minutes and it looks great. I was very pleased with how quickly he called me back after emailing, and got us booked for the next day. He also provided great tips on how to clean the carpet myself, as well as advised me on fixing some spots on my hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend Masterkleen/Roland.

He was great and professional. He had an issue with one of his tools while he was cleaning the carpet and took the time to repair it on site and continue to clean the carpet.

Communication was excellent. As soon as I had purchased the coupon, I received an email from the company to schedule a date. Mr. Racette and his coworker arrived on time and were as friendly as could be. He explained to me what he was going to do and even did a little extra in the one room where we had pet accidents for no extra charge. I was impressed with how quiet their equipment was. I work from home and in the past, when I have had carpets cleaned, it has been so loud and a tad overwhelming. Not this go around. Carpets look fantastic and they were super quick. Very pleasant - my dogs even chilled out around them which is something to be said. ;) I would definitely use this company to clean my carpets again.

It went great.  Roland called an hour before our appointment to let me know they were on their way and would arrive early.  This was a challenging task, since our condo is located in the downtown area, with limited parking, and on the 4th floor and the carpeted rooms were upstairs (so actually the 5th floor).  We had already been informed by one carpet cleaning company that they would not clean carpets above the 2nd floor.  Roland and his assistant had to park their truck on the street right below our balcony, bring the hose up to the 4th floor, and drop the water hose from the balcony to the sidewalk below.  It was too short, but they found an innovative solution and were able to hook the hose up to the apparatus in their truck below.  AND, they did so without complaining. 
Roland was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and gave us great advice. He and his assistant were very professional and effective.  When they left, they cleaned up thoroughly and the carpets looked great.  They were even able to get several annoying stains out.  I would definitely use them again.

Primary goal was to get my area rugs cleaned, but when we spoke on the phone they said they didn't do oriental rugs. Well, my rugs are not oriental rugs so we thought we were fine. When they showed up today they said my rugs were wool and they would not be able to do them on site, that they would have to be brought in, the cost would be different, and the Angie's List deal wouldn't apply.

Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time.  Used truck-mounted unit, pretreated areas.  Done in one hour.  Friendly service.  Great results.

He arrived very promptly and was professionally dressed, was very gracious and friendly and quickly got to work.  He was efficient and done fast.  My carpet looked better and was cleaner than when I moved into this house!  I am going to hire him again to clean some area rugs of mine too.  Definitely recommend him!

Masterkleen is one of the most professional companies that I have encountered.  From the initial phone call, to the day of our scheduled cleaning, the owner, Roland Racette was courteous, on time, and a pleasure to do business with.  They have state of the art equipment and got the job done in no time at all.  I will definitely be using this business again in the future.  HIGHLY recommended!

They lost track of the rug and finally returned it to me on 8/22/2012, 5 months and 1 day later. The owner was very unprofessional.  Don't use this vendor. The address below should be CHESAPEAKE, VA 23322.

They were the best ever. They moved all the furniture and placed it back on Styrofoam blocks to keep it raised up. They were even able to have everything dry in about thirty minutes. I didn't want everything really wet, so you can't beat that. They were super.
