Greg was responsive and attentive to our home cleaning needs. The quoted rates were reasonable. Booking the home cleaning service and invoicing was seamless. The initial deep cleaning service was outstanding. We will continue to use Herminia’s cleaning services going forward.

The cleaning itself was great, but they tried to screw me out of an extra hour's worth of cleaning fees. I got a quote for 4 hours of cleaning at $40/hr - we agreed the cleaning would be 11-3, the cleaner arrived around 10:50 and began working quickly and left maybe 5 minutes after 3 and they claimed that that constituted an extra hour and insisted I pay $200.

My expectations were exceeded by herminia’s. The cleaner was so thorough with everything - the shower doors were so clear and sparkly, the floors, the kitchen, etc. the whole house was so clean it was amazing. I will definitely hire herminias again, I was very pleased with the results.
