I have used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning service before and was extremely satisfied with the results. I just purchased a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before I moved in. I called Heaven's Best and made my appointment. I received a reminder call the day before and on the day of my appt...I received a call that Matt was running ahead of schedule...I felt horrible that he had to wait on me to arrive but when I got there he went straight to work. Matt was professional, courteous and did a great job!

Hired to clean carpet in main living room, main hallway and stairs; all high traffic areas. Great job. Others I've hired to clean, I couldn't see a difference, and with Heaven's Best, there was definitely an improvement. Reasonable cost.

This is an excellent company to work with from initial contact through job completion. Scheduling was easy. He arrived on time, vacuumed then cleaned all carpets. I had some old pet stains. Expectations were set that the stains may not come up completely and that there was a possibility they would resurface. It has been over a month and the carpets still look great. I would hire again.

We just needed a certain area cleaned and he had a $100 minimum and we paid $100 for a bedroom and steps and a hallway. They didn’t say in their add that there was a minimum, but when they get there, of course, there’s the minimum. They said, I don’t know how much per room it was, but it was a three-room minimum. He was on time. I wouldn’t use their service again, but I’ve recommended them to someone else since then.

They came to my home, rolled up the rug and we're out in no time. I think it took longer to set up the appointment! When they were done they brought the rug back and laid it our in the correct space and direction. Friendly and great service. my rug looked brand new.
