TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. We had someone come out and clean our ducts and inspect. The tech told us we had mold and a cleaning solution can be used to help. My husband asked follow up questions and he answered a few but after some time of conversation the tech became dismissive and rude. At one point we asked a question and he ignored us and WALKED AWAY. I called to inform management of the fact that we paid for services and were disappointed. We would have paid for further service but the lack of communication was unacceptable. The gentleman offered to come out again but my husband has already re-cleaned what was still DIRTY and it was not needed. Nothing was offered to get part of the service fee back and then who we were speaking to as well became unhelpful and told me “well I’m not sure what you are wanting”. Wasted $200 and time on a worthless company.

Very well, Eli was very professional and courteous. Very thorough in his job and how he conducted himself. He went above and beyond by looking at items and other ducts for no extra fee. Eli was professional and well mannered.

It went a lot better and a lot faster than planned, will defiantly be calling them again

They did a good job. The owner Mike Smith is really nice person to deal with.
