Very well - one of the staff arrived as scheduled and began working immediately. The second person came a few hours later (I had been notified by the office that this would be the case.) They took less time than expected/quoted. Cleaning included 2 ovens. The house was sparkly clean.

Jerrod did an awesome job of deep cleaning the carpet and stretching a wavy section upstairs on my rental house. It was definitely not an easy job as Jerrod said he hadn’t seen it this bad in awhile. Long story short he did a great job of salvaging the carpet for me. Really appreciate the work Jerrod.

Family-owned business, very punctual, great communication, offers all kinds of service now that they have merged with Pop-Ins. We needed our couch and love seat not only cleaned, but needed to know how badly our old dog had "blessed" the cushions during his naps... if you know what I mean. Jerrod was very honest about what he could accomplish in-house, and what further action could be taken if we needed deeper cleaning. We had him clean the couches that day, and he applied enzymatic to the couches re: the dog's bio material. I am very pleased with the results so far. Smells much better, and so nice to have the upholstery professionally cleaned.

They did the basics nothing that wowed me

Dennis has been in this business for many years and knows his business. The carpet stretching took a long time, but turned out well. After stretching and cleaning the carpet looked like new. The sofas looked beautiful when cleaned and dried.

He were on time and very professional. He wore the foot protectors and used corner protectors as well. The carpet looks brand new. He also cleaned up an area that had previously flooded. They are a family owned business from North Dakota. I would definitely have them come again.

They were very good, I've use them before. My carpets were filthy and it was overdo. I'd give them an "A" across the board. I think their price is reasonable. I have a lot of carpet to clean, this time they did my whole house. They are always on time. I'd absolutely use them again. I've tried others and no way, I'll stick with this guys.

They fabulous and very professional. They came over and helped with a spill on carpet I could not get out.

We have used them several times. They have done a good job. I think their price was consistent with everybody else doing what they do. We didn’t have any problems with it. They did a good job on everything. Actually, I have it in my calendar to give them a call.

They were fine, no problems. It was just a carpet cleaning, I just needed one room, an upstairs loft area cleaned and that was it. 

The price wasn't very much, I can't remember, it was $100 or something. I have nothing much to compare it to here so I would give them an A. I haven't done much in this local area. The quality seemed fine, I had no problems, it seemed like it was done well. There were no problems, they came on time. 

If I had to have cleaning done, I would use them again. It was only 1 worker, it was a small job, and it wasn't all that long, an hour or something, it wasn't that long. The best aspect was being on time and doing the work in the manner they said they would. 

I found it satisfactory and there were no problems of any kind, nothing to red flag. 

Not only did they clean the carpets, but I had a couple of rugs here that were not included in the original estimate, and they went ahead and cleaned them anyway. The workers were very mature, professional, hard working, but very pleasant. I have to have my carpets cleaned fairly often. The carpets, for sure, are what stuck out really well. It took a while for the work to be completed, because they work really hard. I was very disappointed before I had them out, how they cleaned my carpet. But these people, my carpet was really dirty. I had fostered animals for a while, that kind of messes things up, and they cleaned and it was spotless. It was spotless.

They're excellent. The price was not the lowest. Everything they did was excellent. The workers were very mature, professional, hard working, but very pleasant. It took a while for it to be completed. because they work really hard. There was one young man, but he worked and he worked and he cleaned EVERY inch of that sofa. He just scrubbed everything.
