"Air conditioning stopped working on a Wednesday. David sent out a technician that afternoon to confirm the compressor was bad. The next day a crew of 3 came out in late afternoon and installed a new A/C unit (old one was 28 yo) and a new furnace (old one was 30 yo). I stuck with RUUD/Rheem due to good experiences. The crew was efficient (3 hours to do both installs), the A/C is working great with cooler air and more forceful blowing, and they briefly checked the furnace operation also. My old unit was a 10 SEER operating probably at a 7 efficiency lately and my new unit is a 14.3 SEER. I found everyone polite from the owner to the workers, addressed my needs, and answered my questions. I still use my old thermostat which is Honeywell programmable while the one they gave me was Honeywell non-programmable. And BTW, David said I probably would raise my thermostat a degree or so with the new unit, and I did without any loss of comfort. Finally, the price was the best I found."

"When our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, we contacted our Home warranty provider who told us we would need to wait until Monday and the company they connected us to had a bad reputation. So we took matters into our own hands and contacted Rescue AC late on Friday night. We chose them due to the great reviews they have online and they lived up to them. As promised they had someone out to our house early in the day and didn't give us long ridiculous windows of time. Roman was assigned to us, called us as soon as he was on his way and arrived exactly when promised. Roman was awesome: friendly, personable and super knowledgable and help us understand not only the problem but also things to consider and think about related to condition of our AC unit and options for the future. The best part NO HARD SELL, just lots of good info. He stayed to ensure the AC was running (and we talked Star Wars and geeked out a little together while we waited) Loved the invoice form with clear, all inclusive pricing, no fine print and no "mystery" labor or service fees. We even signed up for the (no contract) year maintenance plan which paid for itself with the %15 we saved. "Last Friday, my house got the Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents. I couldn't located this category from the list. It was easy to set up an appointment. There was a cancellation so the company rep called me to clean my duct earlier than my appointment date. Two workers came to my house. Before they started the job, à  they inspected my vent for air and duct cleaning. Show me what the condition and problem is. The Workers were very friendly and showed me every step of what they are going to do. When a few of my vents are not cleanable so they bought a few vents from the Home Depot. And installed it for me. One special size wasn't available so I had to buy it from Amazon. If you decide to clean air and duct and inspect and buy a few vent before they come to clean. Do not buy every vents in your home but buy a few vents that look very filthy. Workers are working very hard. Since they are working without air conditioning, you need to turn off the air conditioning. Please prepare some cold water or some soda for them. Please be nice to them since they are working for your house.à Â"

"The technician did a good job of diagnosing the problem quickly and providing an estimate. He identified the cause of main complaint (loud buzzing caused by failing fan motor bearings) and also noted that the compressor seemed to be laboring. Scheduling was easy because we were able to make an appointment same-day on the first call we made. Other companies had to call us back, which worked well enough. We ended up replacing the AC with another company due to its age."

"Te Ch that came out was very honest. I had called fo a mini splt system. His recommendation was something different saving me approx $10;000. It is rare these days to deal with corperations out to sale you more than you need and even rarer to have someone suggest a cheaper alternative."
