"Last Friday, my house got the Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents. I couldn't located this category from the list. It was easy to set up an appointment. There was a cancellation so the company rep called me to clean my duct earlier than my appointment date. Two workers came to my house. Before they started the job, à  they inspected my vent for air and duct cleaning. Show me what the condition and problem is. The Workers were very friendly and showed me every step of what they are going to do. When a few of my vents are not cleanable so they bought a few vents from the Home Depot. And installed it for me. One special size wasn't available so I had to buy it from Amazon. If you decide to clean air and duct and inspect and buy a few vent before they come to clean. Do not buy every vents in your home but buy a few vents that look very filthy. Workers are working very hard. Since they are working without air conditioning, you need to turn off the air conditioning. Please prepare some cold water or some soda for them. Please be nice to them since they are working for your house.à Â"

"I can’t say enough about this Arlington, Texas-based team. After researching duct cleaning services in the DFW area, I was impressed with the reviews for Pure Air, so I set up an appointment. Our expectations for this service were not only met but exceeded. The care that this duo took to protect our home, while cleaning & sanitizing our ducts, was above & beyond what I ever imagined. We especially appreciated the explanations they provided along the way – SHOWING US what they found & how they were addressing the problems – AND cleaning up after. At the last minute, we opted to have our dryer vent cleaned as well. THANK GOD that we did; we were in danger of this dirty vent becoming a fire hazard! Our dryer, on an internal wall, has likely never been cleaned & had two significant blockages. We only purchased this home 2 years ago. "They asked for some pictures of the underside of the house to see if they could do the work and determined they could not. I have yet to find anyone who does air duct cleaning for manufactured homes. My space under the building is clean and not super low, but it appears to create and issue for places I have contacted about doing the work. This is the first place that at least asked for pictures to see if they could do it, so I give them credit for that."
