"This team did a very thorough job cleaning my vents. We did have a minor mishap that the owner handled with great aplomb and generosity. Stuff happens to all of us, but it how it is handled that makes one stand apart from the crowd. This could not have been handled any better. There was some cleanup of paint chips that was missed in some rooms, but this is a small matter for a stick vacuum. All said and done, I will be hiring them again in 5 years when my ducts need cleaning again."
