Scott ExteriorsFantastic! Patrick Pearson, our salesman, showed us several types of roofing that he recommended, and we chose a DaVinci roof, which was beautiful. The work was completed in 3.5 days without a glitch. Patrick has a dedicated crew of 8, all of whom worked very hard and very well together. (The same crew has been with Patrick for 8 years.) They also assigned a quality control person who regularly checked with us and kept a close eye on the work. The result is amazing! My husband and I agree that we've NEVER had such great customer service. During the work, a couple of people came by to get Patrick's contact information; one of them said they had been watching how well the crew worked together and were very impressed.- sydney m.

Knowing I'm a first time home owner and this is the first roof I've had replaced. He gave me some tips of things other companies try to sell you on, and was honest about it. Answered all questions. Very patient and understanding. They do a great job of keeping you informed when they will be coming, and how the process will work. Crew showed up early, and got to work on time. Completed all in 1 day by 3pm. Cleaned up everything, yard looked better than when they arrived. Being family owned you get the more personal service, and not corporate money/sales driven like bigger corporate type companies. The biggest thing I liked was the fact Bruce has been doing this for a long time and knows what he's talking about. Other larger companies that gave quotes; this was a part-time sales job for them, and they knew nothing really about what they were selling.- Heather H.

They completed the entire job for a two-story 3800 sq-ft house in about 4-5 days (some of the delay due to extreme heat in June, 2020). Although they were not the least expensive estimate I received, their professionalism and work quality was worth the minor additional costs. Jon Wright IndustriesKen Dunn was my Project Manager for my roof installation. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. He came to my house several times and always arrived on time. My work was done during the pandemic and he always wore a mask, which I greatly appreciated. He always made sure that I knew what was going on and had great follow through. I think that the workmanship was superb too. He was onsite for the entire project. i have never been in a situation where the sales person and leader of the crew were there for the entire project. I was so very pleased. I absolutely LOVE using the space now! Brent was our project consultant and was very thorough, professional and listened to our needs. My house was hit hard by egg-sized hail in April 2021 so I called 3-4 roofers, including Roger the Roofer, shortly afterwards to assess the damage. Juston Preble with Roger the Roofer was the first to come and by far the most thorough in his inspection. He even used a drone to aerially photograph the roof so that physically getting on the roof wasn’t necessary – both for his own sake (steep slopes) and not causing further roof damage. The photos revealed the hail completely pierced the existing shingles exposing the underlayment in numerous places throughout the entire roof which meant my roof was at imminent risk of leaking. Of course, Juston already had quite a few roof replacements scheduled ahead of me but said he would be willing to call others ahead of me whose roof was not imminently at risk of leakage to see if they would be willing trade places on his schedule. Due to Roger the Roofer’s high rating in Angi, was recommended by my insurance company, and Juston’s very good first impression, I hired Roger the Roofer do my roof repair and gutter replacement. I was not disappointed. Thanks to Juston and his other client agreeing to trade places on his schedule, Juston was able to have my roof replaced the week following my first contact with him. Even though my existing roof didn’t have any turbo exhaust vents, Juston installed 3 of them with no upcharge in spite of not being covered by insurance. While the gutter replacement didn’t happen until some weeks later, that was expected. But similar to the vents upgrade, Juston offered to and did install upgraded gutter downspouts from what I had previously with no upcharge (and also not covered by insurance). Last but not least, once all the work was completed, Juston had someone come pressure wash my driveway to remove the marks the hail made at no extra charge. To say the least, I was very impressed with the quality of work Roger the Roofer did under Juston’s team and his willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely would hire him again (although I hope to not have to) and highly recommend his company.

I was very nervous about the job. Trusted Tony to replace the roof, gutters and do repairs. The job was messy. I was impressed with the clean up and the quality of the job. I have the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood! During the job, Tony spoke with me daily to make sure my concerns were taken care of. Daniel, his foreman, made sure the materials were correct and reviewed them with me. Daniel removed the wrong materials and brought the correct ones. He was very patient! :)
