It went very well. Very pleased with their work. Got 3 estimates and they were in the middle! Neighbor across the street used them to replace her siding earlier this year and she was pleased with their work. That was a good enough reference for me.

Excellent! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My house / project was small and yet their responsiveness and attention to detail never seemed like this job wasn't their highest priority. The color consult .. so appreciative of that because it was overwhelming to me. My ceilings are beautiful and popcorn free! The painting is so pretty I haven't re-hung pictures because it's so nice to look at the walls. Thank you so much Kyle & "A-Team".

Complete job took around 4 weeks to complete. The different crews arrived as promised and were professional and polite. The work was top notch every step of the way. The communication between Right Choice and myself was constant which provided a comfort level during all the chaos. I would highly recommend Right Choice for any of your construction/remodel needs.

The quote process went well. Jeff came out and quoted a few different projects. It helped me budget and plan home improvements. I received a quote on the day agreed. Set up the work. Was contacted by Kyle, director of operations. Each day the Kyle stopped by and emailed to update progress. Beto the Forman was great. Cleaned up every day. The job started and finished on time. I would recommend and use Right Choice again.

They were here every day as promised, very professional and skilled.  They even finished a little before the estimated deadline.  Everything went well.

Right Choice provided a quick and fair-priced estimate and was able to schedule the work in our time frame. The painters arrived on time and carefully prepared and taped around the trim before beginning the painting. The work was done on time, and overall, clean-up was good. I did see that some paint had been dumped behind our bushes, and there were a few places where paint drips were left behind on the concrete - so clean-up was not perfect, but overall the workers respected our property and time. I do believe that everyone at Right Choice is committed to customer satisfaction, and I would recommend this provider.

Right Choice did a great job.  They were punctual and friendly.  They took care of everything, including the paint purchase.  They worked quickly and left everything clean.  Would hire again without hesitation.

I have used them for probably 10 years and would not use any other contractor. They have done remodeling in general. Hallway, master bedroom, master bath. Not a total redo, cosmetic remodeling.

The whole experience started very positively. Kyle Mederos was very professional. He came onto the site as scheduled. The painting crews were very good and professional in their conduct. They did a great job of covering everything and worked hard all day. My wife was onsite working in her office and the crew was very professional as they went about their work. They did a good job as instructed.  We selected Right Choice after receiving quotes from three other providers. One of the contributing factors in choosing Right Choice was due to a picture on their website. The cabinets of a previously painted kitchen matched exactly the color and glazing we were looking for. Kyle assured us we could get the same. When we reviewed colors he stated the color needed was Alibaster White which we questioned but Kyle assured us it was the right color. He is the expert so we expected him to know. After the cabinets were sprayed the painters were in the kitchen attempting to glaze the cabinets. It did NOT look good! The painters had the picture of the gallery sample on their phone. They indicated to me the cabinets were too white! It was obvious that was the case. I called Kyle immediately. He assured me the white would work. He came onsite and attempted to make the white work. He glazed several doors himself in an attempt to match the gallery picture. To his credit he assured me they would make it right. One day while standing directly behind him as he painted I tried to get him to turn around and look at some more samples. I found it odd he wouldn't even acknowledge I was standing there. I am not generally considered to be a difficult customer but I believe Kyle would say otherwise which doesn't make sense. I simply wanted what we agreed to. Kyle should have made some calls to find out how the gallery picture was painted. At this point he did do that and learned the base color should have been Macadamia. Kyle did agree to repaint the cabinets but at that point they brushed the cabinets rather than spray which presented some quality problems the painters had to address.  Eventually the painting and glazing was acceptable. Kyle assured us he would come out and do a final walk through. That did not occur so I went through myself and "blue taped" all of the areas needing to be touched up. There were several walls which required touch up do to the old paint color showing through.  Eventually the concerns were addressed but it felt Kyle was frustrated. I should have been the one frustrated. I had also asked Kyle for a quote on the outside of the house. He kept assuring me he was working on an estimate. After emails back and forth I finally came to the realization he wasn't planning to send me a quote. It would have been more professional to have just stated that. I believe Right Choice has a good business model and has very capable painters and employees. Kyle will continue to learn and improve his customer service skills. Everything was great until the kitchen cabinet paint wasn't right. Things changed after we made sure it was understood we would not accept anything other than what we agreed to. In the middle of the job the picture on the Right Choice website showing the cabinet color we wanted was removed! 

They did a fantastic job.  They were very prompt and clean.  We  had no issues.  They did an overall great job.

They really want to make the customer happy.  I'm particular and didn't like the way the guys did the ceiling.  They scraped it all off and redid the whole thing for me. No extra charge. Customer satisfaction is important to them.  Their prices are fair.  The owner is really good to work with and told me that I don't make unreasonable demands.  He's local. And I would highly recommend them!

Jeff and Kyle (owner/managers) performed initial walk through for this extensive project of painting a mostly wooden siding (rough wood and log facade) house which had not been maintained by previous owner and made recommendations regarding type of paint which would prevent further weathering and adequately cover the wood.

  The exterior painting crew power washed the exterior wood and porches, and then painted all of the gables, siding, trim, soffits, lintels, porch support columns, porch roof supports , etc. This was an extensive job, and the work was performed neatly, efficiently and on time. The painters were all very nice gentlemen. Hector, the crew manager, was very professional and picky about the quality of the work.

   The interior painting crew were wonderful. The ceilings to be painted were gabled elevated ceilings with large beams. They prepped every room meticulously and painted the ceiling with great care and skill. They painted the HVAC registers and replaced them. Once the attic stairs had been replaced, Hector returned and  painted the hallway ceilings and  attic stair covers in two hallways. He even painted the interior of the ceiling  HVAC ducts black such that the 'eye' of the circular duct cannot be seen thru the louvers of the register.

Would most definitely use this company again for any paint job.

We are very pleased with how our fence turned out!  The Right Choice team did a great job making our several-year-old fence look fresh and new. We really like the color.  Everyone we dealt with at Right Choice was very pleasant and professional.....from initial phone contact with Jordan, to Jeff (the CEO) who came to the house to do the estimate, and phone conversations with Kyle (the project manager)!  When we first contacted Right Choice, we told them we needed the job done soon due to landscaping service that had already been scheduled.  This was no problem for them.  The Right Choice team was at our house the next week.  We were told when they would arrive and when the job would be finished.  They stayed right on schedule.  They did high quality work and left no messes on our property.  We will be calling them for future home projects!

Right Choice provided me with great ideas and economical solutions.  The project manager kept me abreast of each day?s agenda and handled the issues that arose with professionalism.  Every worker that came to my house was courteous, helpful, professional, timely and highly skilled.  They always cleaned up everything at the end of each day.  Everyone worked to minimize my displacement in the construction process and patiently answered all my questions.
