It did not go well. The owners are very entertaining and engaging. They managed to convince me to re-do the hall bath from studs out. Unlike the others asked to bid these gentlemen did not quote materials, only labor/contracting. It was on me to find and purchase all of the fixtures and finishes. They did set me up with a location that had many of the materials I needed and even visited the tile store with me. Unfortunately, the tub I selected on my own had to be returned as did the shower fixture.

5 stars for the final product, 3 stars on the customer service experience. I contacted Akraba fully aware of their minimum but had a number of tasks and wanted to have the work done by professionals rather than trying to DIY it. This included replacing a window that would not open, replacing an interior double door with one that would lock, repairing the cosmetic damage around a skylight, and replacing a ceiling fan. Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. While we did have some minor issues with the workers they sent (primarily regarding scheduling), Louie was very reassuring throughout the process and personally came to review and address each concern. Now that the work is complete both we and the HOA are happy with the work they did would recommend them to anyone that needs large projects done.

Akbara is a very professional company. Good quality people who are responsible and take pride in their work. They work tirelessly to get the job done. They completely remodeled the interior of a 30 year old home; floor to ceiling. There are almost always unexpected things in old homes, but they adapted and did not "nickel and dime" for unexpected problems. They remodel many homes, and gave a lot of good advice along the way. They turned a disaster home into a luxury home and always went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Eli and Simon are a pleasure to work with. Excellent
